How to eat healthy on long work days

To stay healthy on long work days, we might have to limit our trips to the vending machine or fridge if we work from home. I know getting up feels like a break from the computer, so another strategy could be to:

  1. Pack healthy (should be nutritious) snacks for your desk

  2. Plan two to three-minute walks throughout the day

That way, you can avoid excess calories and get to burn more throughout the day.
