To stay healthy on long work days, we might have to limit our trips to the vending machine or fridge if we work from home. I know getting up feels like a break from the computer, so another strategy could be to:
Pack healthy (should be nutritious) snacks for your desk
Plan two to three-minute walks throughout the day
That way, you can avoid excess calories and get to burn more throughout the day.
